Matthew Baldwin, born in Colchester, England, but growing up in the military town of Aldershot, covers the Pittsburgh Riverhounds for DK Pittsburgh Sports. 

Matthew had a passion for sports journalism since the age of 12, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Journalism at the University of East London and a Master's Degree in Sports Broadcasting from Staffordshire University in the U.K. He put both to use across several media outlets back across the pond, including PA Media and GiveMeSport, reporting across multiple sports, with the highlight being able to cover the NFL International Games in London. 

Away from his work covering the Riverhounds, he lives in the South Hills with his wife Mel & cat Henry and can often be found waking up at ungodly hours to keep track of everything that's happening back in his homeland, with most of that attention paid to his favorite soccer club, Fulham.
